A few months ago we published 4 Quick and Easy Protein Shakes on the blog. The taste testing committee is back to try four more protein shake recipes. These again are all shakes that are easy to make and require a minimal amount of ingredients.

To the recipes!

The King - We think Elvis would be a big fan of this shake. The ingredients combine to hit all the right notes and taste delicious. PeanutButterBananaShake

Ingredients:
4-6 ounces of water/milk

2-3 ice cubes

1 scoop GNC 100% Whey – Banana Cream Flavor protein powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Directions: Place water/ice in the blender first, then
powder, then additions. Blend on low then high until well blended.

 

Cinnamon Apple Pie – It may not have a warm flaky crust like a real apple pie but this shake tastes great and won’t leave you feeling guilty like a piece of the real thing.

Ingredients:

4-6 ounces of water/milk

2-3 ice cubes

1 scoop GNC 100%
Whey – Vanilla Cream Flavor
protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ cup applesauce

Directions: Place water/ice in the blender first, then powder, then additions. Blend on low then high until well blended.

The Dream Cream - This refreshing shake takes you back to sitting in the sun on a hot summer day. Refreshing and tasty this shake is a unique change to your usual protein shake.

4-6 ounces of water

2-3 ice cubes

1 scoop GNC
100% Whey – Vanilla Cream
Flavor protein powder

6 oz. Diet Cream Soda

Directions:  Place water/ice in the blender first, then powder, then additions. Blend on low then
high until well blended.


DoubleChocolate100WheyDouble Chocolate Delight –
Chocolate and more chocolate is what you get with this shake. The chocolate supreme protein powder combined with cocoa gives this shake an amazing flavor.

4-6 ounces of water/milk

2-3 ice cubes

1 scoop GNC 100%
Whey – Chocolate Supreme
protein powder

1 tsp. cocoa

Directions:  Place
water/ice in the blender first, then powder, then additions. Blend on low then high until well blended.
