Pumpkin Spice Protein Mugcake

Topped with Greek yogurt, almonds, dried cranberries, and honey.

Combine the dry ingredients, then add the rest, mixing thoroughly. Heat 70-80 seconds on high in the microwave, depending on how “done” you like it. Use a spoon to pull the cake edges from the mug and flip onto a plate for serving. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
