Birthday Cake Protein Pops

Directions:

Combine first four ingredients and stir until fully mixed. This should be a slightly sticky dough (add water if too try and crumbly, or coconut flour if too runny). Roll into 1″ balls*, place on a plate and freeze for 15 minutes. *Pro tip: rinse your hands with water before rolling each ball– the dough won’t stick to your hands as much.

After 20 minutes, remove cake balls from freezer and insert cake pop sticks. Next, dip in vanilla yogurt until covered, then roll in sprinkles. Place balls back in freezer for at least 30 minutes, remove from freezer and enjoy! (Recipe adapted from this blog.)
