Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie Recipe


3 scoops GNC Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ - Vanilla Beanoatmealraisinshutterstock_105742217
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup quick-cooking oats
4 packets GNC Total Lean™ Stevia
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients until just combined. Place small scoops of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool.
