Smooth and creamy, this sweetly spiced shake rocks.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Total Lean Shake 25 French Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. ground clove
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Combine ingredients in blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Makes one serving.
