Western Egg Burritos



Place the garlic, onions and green peppers in a blender and secure lid. Pulse to chop. Add the eggs, protein powder and half of the cheese, secure lid and mix for 15 seconds, or until eggs are fluffy. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet, and add the egg mixture and turkey or ham. Cook, stirring often, until eggs are set. Using whole-wheat tortillas, assemble the burritos. Top the egg mixture with remaining cheese and hot sauce, if desired.
