French Vanilla Protein Pancakes

  • 1 scoop French Vanilla GNC Total Lean Lean Shake 25
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Greek yogurt and bananas or fresh berries for topping (optional)


Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into heated, non-stick pan, and cook on one side until bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook a few minutes more. Serve pancakes with Greek yogurt or garnish with bananas and/or fresh berries, if desired.
