Cinnamon Swirl Protein Muffins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray muffin pan (or muffin liners) with a light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Start by combining all dry ingredients until well mixed. Next, add wet ingredients to the dry mixture until fully incorporated. Spoon 2 TBS of the mixture into each section of the muffin pan. Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
